Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an extra level of protection to your Credit Savvy account.
In addition to your email and password, another piece of information is required to prove it’s you trying to access or change your personal information in your Credit Savvy Account & Security page. This is often a code or PIN, sent to you via text message or in an authenticator app on your device. This code only works once and then changes for future uses.
By using MFA, it’s much harder for somebody to access the Account & Security page in your Credit Savvy account. Even if your password is lost or stolen, somebody would have to guess or hack the one-time code that would be sent to you.
