Credit Savvy provides credit scores and credit file information from Experian, one of Australia’s official credit reporting bodies.
Once you have updated your name with your credit providers and lodge a new credit application, this information will flow through to Experian. Experian will then merge any credit file information that you have under either name.
We are unable to change the name that you have used to sign up to Credit Savvy as we only use your name for the initial identification and retrieval of your Experian credit file. But you will continue to receive your score and file information as per normal. You can include your new name under the preferred name section found in ‘Profile Details’.
If you would prefer to cancel your account, you can sign up again after 30 days with your new name.
