Signing up with social:
You can click the Facebook or Google buttons on our home page to sign up to Credit Savvy with your existing social media account. You will need to authorise your preferred social media account to access the necessary information and then follow the ID verification process where we will ask your full name, date of birth, address and a form of Government ID so that we can securely verify your identity and provide you with your Experian credit score. To make this process easier, make sure you are logged in to your chosen social account on the device you are signing up on.
Logging in with social:
You can click on the Facebook or Google buttons on our log in page to log in to Credit Savvy with your social account, if you are already logged in to the relevant social media account on that device you should be able to log straight in. If you are not logged in to the relevant social account on that device already, it will take you to Facebook or Google and get you to sign in to that account which will then log you in to your Credit Savvy account.
When you log in with your Facebook or Google account for the first time, the system will check to see if the email attached to your social account already has a Credit Savvy account allocated to it. If so, we will give you the option to link your social account to your Credit Savvy account. If there isn’t an account linked, it will ask you if you want to sign up and create an account with this social account. To make this process easier, make sure you are logged in to your chosen social account on the device you are logging in on.
